  ⚠️ BE WARNED: OUR CAR WAS SMASHED HERE! ⚠️We are absolutely furious. Our car, along with others, was broken into in the hotel’s car park. After talking to staff, we discovered this isn’t a one-off — it happens every few months! Yet the hotel still advertises “car park” as if it’s safe, then hides behind the excuse that it’s “not their liability.”It’s beyond disappointing. The rooms are spotless, the smart features are great, and breakfast is excellent — but none of that matters when you walk outside to find shattered glass and your car vandalized. We feel completely misled and let down. Until management takes REAL action to protect guests’ vehicles, this hotel is nothing but a trap for unsuspecting travelers.
