⚠️ BE WARNED: OUR CAR WAS SMASHED HERE! ⚠️
24 Sept 2025
⚠️ BE WARNED: OUR CAR WAS SMASHED HERE! ⚠️We are absolutely furious. Our car, along with others, was broken into in the hotel’s car park. After talking to staff, we discovered this isn’t a one-off — it happens every few months! Yet the hotel still advertises “car park” as if it’s safe, then hides behind the excuse that it’s “not their liability.”It’s beyond disappointing. The rooms are spotless, the smart features are great, and breakfast is excellent — but none of that matters when you walk outside to find shattered glass and your car vandalized. We feel completely misled and let down. Until management takes REAL action to protect guests’ vehicles, this hotel is nothing but a trap for unsuspecting travelers. Maud JANET, Directeur général at Najeti Htel Lille Nord, responded to this review Dear Sir,I have read your message with great attention. It is truly regrettable that the peacefulness of your stay was marred by this event, which was beyond our control. We understand how you feel, but as we specify in our communications, the car park adjacent to our establishment is a public space over which we have no control. We are truly disappointed that this unfortunate incident overshadowed your appreciation of our modern rooms and breakfast. Please be assured that I have personally taken note of your feedback and that we are working with the local authorities to find ways of improving security in this area to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.Richard Yacoub Manager - Najeti Hotel Lille Nord

Hotel well located, price good, restaurants nearby, a lot of parking places. Air condition did not work, the shower without pressure Maud JANET, Directeur général at Najeti Htel Lille Nord, responded to this review Dear GuestThank you for taking the time to share your impressions of your stay at the Najeti Hôtel Lille Nord.Located on the outskirts of Lille, our hotel aims to offer both a haven of serenity and a gateway to the city's dynamism.Although you appreciated our strategic location and generous car park, we are sincerely sorry that some aspects of your room did not give you complete satisfaction. Nevertheless, a simple report to reception would have been enough to resolve the situations you describe in a matter of moments. We hope that we will have the opportunity to welcome you again to experience the soothing escape that we cherish so much.Reception - Najeti Hotel Lille Nord+33 3 20 80 14 18
