  Review the hygiene very welcome

  The hotel and well located the reception and very well nothing to say the apartments are quite large well arranged (unfortunately you have to review the hygiene bin soiled the floor is not cleaned properly complaints are also reviewed the hygiene its important mattresses are whiter but yellow the curtains stain the windows edges black soiled the hair on the sheets and mattresses) beyond its I still find that the hotel and well equipped dry washing machine Lift , the quantity at the towel levels and to review we change towels after 3 days I find a little abused, the furniture is well damaged vmc that no longer works I hate to deposit bad reviews but have to change things not one but several comments are like mine take from customers his goods but make them want to come back is another heavy welcome millions of pilgrims to continue earning money we have to question and put order where there is need (it is not against the ladies of the reception who do a perfect job the smile always present Originally submitted in French on www.tripadvisor.fr.   Horrible surprise

  Dirty room, no hot water. We found a kitchen utensil that had obviously not been washed for weeks or even months: it was greasy and gave off a smell to vomit.   Rude staff, poor customer service!

  Please AVOID. Staff are rude and are not welcoming. Stayed with family over 2 days. Poor customer service, very rude and hardly anyone working at reception. No one cleaned the rooms or topped up anything. Rooms are very poorly maintained and lots of stains on the sofa and the bathroom floors had lots of hair and dirt before we arrived. Sticky floors with some drips all the way through the floor. It was only for two nights and we just got on with it. But on the day we were leaving one lady shouted at our 8 year olds kids as they wanted to ask something. The kids came back in tears as they were shouted at for playing ‘loudly’. They never even got to ask what they wanted and were left upset. They appear to lack communication skills and overall awful service. They lock the toilets in the main reception area and hardly have this accessible for anyone. This is absolutely disgraceful.For breakfast they had not catered for vegans and had out of date soft cheese. When we pointed this out the lady apologised but didn’t even think of checking or removing the ones they had on display. All the soft cheese were out of date by over 5 days - dates 10th April when we used it on 15th April. Later, they also lied that they don’t stock any food out of date. Never stayed in a hotel with such bad service. Would not recommend at all, if you want to have better service look elsewhere!

  Good hotel near the sanctuary

  Zenitude Lorda is a good Aparthotel, little less than One Kilometer from the Sanctuary. Rooms are of different sizes, We go a smallish room. Room was well equipped as promised, with a small kitchenette and sufficient Crockery Cutlery and Equipment.Staff at the reception were extremely helpful and friendly.Only negative was that the room we got had a Deep Bathtub - unsuitable for senior citizens.

  The hotel reception staff were very welcoming and also multilingual. The rooms were lovely, spacious, modern, clean and we particularly enjoyed the mountain view from the room window. However, the TV was a little small and there was no complementary tea and coffee sachets provided. There is a continental style breakfast offered, but it was slightly disappointing with not much selection and fresh fruit. The location is good and fairly near to the main sanctuary and grotto although there is reasonable distance to town centre, so be prepared to walk a bit and bring sensible footwear. There is also an airport shuttle bus near the hotel at the Paradis bus stop which drops you straight to the airport. We had a good experience on this occasion and will definitely recommend staying especially if you're looking for self-catering residence type accommodation. Thank you Zenitude
