  A lovely hotel, ignore negative reviews

  I've no idea where those leaving negative reviews have stayed but I'm not that easily pleased and this is a lovely hotel. My room on the top floor at the back of the hotel was quiet, clean and spacious. I was with a pilgrimage group and the hotel provide a kettle and I had a fridge but the hotel don't provide a tea tray for groups and most did not have a fridge. You can get a cup from the bar but I'd recommend bringing tea/ coffee and cup, spoon, washing up liquid if you'd like a brew. We only had a hot drink at breakfast. Food was fantastic but far too much and the service slowed down through the week so we spent 3 hours a day eating including 3 enormous courses at lunch and dinner. Staff in the dining room and bar were mostly very friendly and helpful. Cleaning great but I'd prefer the option to indicate that my towels did not need to be changed by hanging them up to save the environment. Great location and lovely bar and reception seating areas.

  We arrived to this hotel super tired to find ourselves in a hotel that smelled horrible. We only stayed for one night and yet my experience was not very good. The entrance was nice and check in was super easy, staff was amazing and helpful. The rooms are clean but not nice. The bathroom is very old fashioned and to be honest very creepy. The bed’s mattress was kinda tough but okay for just one night. The location is amazing super close to the sanctuary and the shops. If I ever go back to Lourdes I wouldn’t come back to this hotel and search for a better one. I don’t recommend this but it if it’s your best option it’s okay.

  The room was very roomy even with a king size bed in the room. The food was excellent, a great variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful. the only fault is the safe was every small

  The entrees was an angel hair 🍅 tomato soup, like liston.The meal was beef stew with vegies and hash potatoes. With the exact flavor of Progresso's cans.Dessert is not worth mentioning...well it was ice-cream. your money go somewhere else.

  This hotel is fine but it is not suitable for people with a disability who use a rollator, wheelchair, etc. There are 8or 10 steps to the front door. The alternative is a long ramp. The bottom is very steep, difficult when going up and dangerous when coming down. I would not stay there again.
