    Great budget hotel

    My wife and I have just spent three nights bed and breakfast at this lovely hotel.All the staff are friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast has a selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurts, breads, fruit juice, tea and coffee.The room was small and basic, but cleaned to a high standard every day.This hotel is an ideal base for exploring Lourdes. It is only a ten minute walk to The Basilica. Do not listen to the negative reviews about this hotel. It is a budget friendly hotel, not a 5 star. Some people don,t want to pay much, but expect a lot!We will certainly be visiting this hotel again.

    The hotel was very reasonable price my friend and her son and myself stayed there we had 2 rooms which was very clean We stayed for 2 nights Highlight of our stay was the outstanding service we received from Austin at reception he was so helpful and genuine nice young man would definitely recommend staying here there was nothing to much for Austin he is a credit to the hotel will definitely be coming back here again because of the service we received thank you Austin

    We stayed for 6 nights with breakfast. The hotel is in the heart of Lourdes close to Basilica of Our Lady. A 10-minut walk to a really impressive Torchlight procession held every evening at 9pm. The rooms are clean and neat. Breakfast continental.And the staff, kind, helpful, communicative. Realy interested in guests comfort.

    The location is very near the Sanctuary. Room condition is old but well-maintained and quite clean. This is the right room, right atmosphere and right ambiance for those on pilgrimage... living a simple daily life

    We were warmly greeted by a young gentleman who very kindly helped us with our luggage on arrival. He was the one handling our check in and hence this kind gesture of his was much appreciated. He gave us a lovely BIG room just right for our group of 7. Highly recommended place for families to stay in.
