Comfortable Hotel. Clean with great housekeeping. Staff polite, friendly and efficient. Set tourist menu leaves an awful lot to be desired. Would not return unless on B&B only

Great location-Walking distance to public parking structure. Walking distance to Grotto. Comfortable bed, good breakfast. Terribly thin and small towels

Could be so much better …

Great location for the Grotto . Spacious room and friendly staff, especially restaurant staff. However, disappointed with standard of the food . Would expect better for a 4-star hotel. Penny-pinching attitude generally ; especially tea-bag/ milk replacements in room . Won’t be staying here in future pilgrimages .
