  A very welcoming and helpful staff. Our stay in this hotel was very good. Room was spacious and clean. Super close to grotto and to all attractions. Breakfast was good as well. Highly recommend.   We stayed here only for now night to visit Lourdes. The hotel is conveniently located to walk everywhere and get to the important sites in under 5 minutes. It has a full restaurant with is also very convenient because if you go in low season almost everything is closed. The rooms are nice and clean. The bathroom has goos size as well. The service was excellent, everybody was helpful and nice. Would stay here again.   A safe and comfortable stay!

  This hotel was one of the few opened with high ratings when I booked. The location was absolutely perfect-literally steps from Lourdes Sanctuary. Our balcony overlooked the Basilica, so it was even more perfect-especially hearing the bells toll. They also had restaurants in the hotel which is very helpful in the winter months as few selections are available in that area. The team was friendly and helpful, and the room and bathroom were a nice size -sometimes that is not the case in many European hotels. It is a short taxi ride to the train station, close to the little electric train that tours you around the city, and I would highly recommend the hotel for the value it provided for the cost.   Comfortable stay during my visit to Lourdes in Feb2026.

  I love that it was a few mins walk to the Sanctuary.Rooms were generally clean except on my first day when it seems like used towels were still hanging on the wall.Walls seem thin since I hear guests in rooms above me and beside me moving about.The reception team were great and very helpful when asked.
