The hotel has a great location, the rooms were clean, and the service was good. The breakfast was not good at all and it would be the only thing negative about this place. Mainly bread and sweets. Some eggs with zero taste, one or two kinds of cheese. It really not worthy for someone to pay for an included breakfast.

Rooms are a bit small but very cozy. The parking next to the hotel is very convenient. The buffet for breakfast is very good. The most important part is very close to the grotto and the sanctuary.

Our stay at Hotel Saint Sauveur was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and genuine friendliness that made us feel right at home. The rooms were beautifully maintained—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail really stood out, from the cozy bedding to the modern amenities that made our experience effortless. The location is perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions while still providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It’s an ideal base whether you’re exploring the area or simply looking to unwind. What truly made our stay memorable was the staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help with anything we needed made a lasting impression. We also thoroughly enjoyed the hotel’s facilities and dining options, which exceeded our expectations in both quality and service.Overall, Hotel Saint Sauveur delivers an outstanding experience in every way. Hotel failed to meet expectations

I chose to stay at Saint Sauveur hotel because of its proximity to the sanctuary. I had stayed there before a few years ago and still remember the experience as being very positive, especially their breakfast buffet which was quite lavish back then. So, this year with a girlfriend’s desire to celebrate a milestone birthday in Lourdes, my first thought was for us to stay there. Upon checking in, I asked the attendant if the breakfast buffet was as grand as it used to be (having a premonition of things to come), he responded yes, that nothing had changed. His response turned out to be so far from the truth, things had changed, the breakfast selection was horrible with one small narrow stand with yogurt, ham, sausage, cereal, cheese, and on the opposite side was a table with croissants, pastries and some bread. The eggs in a basket which we assumed were cooked, were not and were supposed to be dropped into a basket, without any instructions and expecting them to be cooked created a mess. And to make matters worse, on Saturday, when we arrived for breakfast at 9:12, 18 minutes prior to the end of the service, there was no bread. Unbelievable! Unacceptable in a country like France where bread is major staple. And I was quite shocked at the lack of shame from the staff telling me they were out of bread and there was nothing they could do. It wasn’t until I went to the reception to notify them that I wanted a refund for the three of us (€36) that out of the blue came a half baguette, which by the way made me sick after I ate it. My stomach was still upset late into the evening that I could not eat dinner. So, I will be going back to Lourdes a few times this year and will certainly not be staying at this hotel. They have lost my family, friends and me as customers.
