    Overall, a good hotel!

    A good hotel. The rooms are a generous size and include a kitchenette; The area is quiet, as is the hotel itself; Staff are friendly.The 3pm check-in is a little inconvenient; room floor was a little dusty; no English channels on TV - would benefit from a music channel.

    Under Whelming and too far from everything

    I booked the trip via trip.com and was told that a service dog was not considered a pet. I had no problem paying $11 EU a day for parking because it was centrally located and I thought we would be close to everything. Not the case, it is located far from everything that you want to see and do while you are in Lyon, the only good thing was they are close to the Brassier L'Ouest. I had no intention of paying $12 EU a day for a service animal that has travelled globally without issue. We found the manager rude and condescending when it came to the service animal and did not understand French Law imposed in 2005. She actually lied to us saying she had call the 3rd part vendor which was untrue. For a hotel that allows for pets there was no room cleaning if the pet was in the room. We when were out to expensive restaurants or shopping a couple of times little was done, during our 5 day stay the room was only cleaned once and sheets not changed and garbage not emptied. I cannot recommend this establishment due to management style and not understanding French law when it comes to those who require additional assistance and medical awareness and issues that a service animal provides. All I can say is SHAME that our service dog can fly business class around the world free of charge but not at your 3 star establishment.

    Worst bed ever!!

    I get that it’s a relatively budget style accommodation but the bed was the most uncomfortable bed we’ve ever slept on which just made everything else seem worse.Shower was good, staff member was friendly enough. But it was two night too long in the bed from hell.

    They stole $200 from me and never returned! The rooms are very dirty! When I came to the room I found someone else living there and everything messed up! They even didn't refund my money! And yes, literally everyone can have free access to your room because they leave the keys on the street.

    Please add gluten free breakfast as bvuiying your own breakfast and still having to pay 13euro for a breakfast is really not ok at all! Please also provide a bottle of water in the bedroom. Also a mini bar with some wine/beer would be really appriciated as there is no bar in the hotel itself.
