Location

This hotel is located at the heart of the business centre and is close to facilities and shops. La Part Dieu, the nearest train station, is close by and the residence is an excellent starting spot for all destinations due to its close proximity to various forms of public transport. Lyon - Saint-Exupéry International Airport is some 35 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 26 apartments and 116 studios located in a 6-storey main building and a 7-storey auxiliary building. This apartment hotel has a lift and a reception desk. The hotel provides a baggage storage service, room service, a laundry service and a smoke alarm. Services include a drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee).

Rooms

Individually adjustable heating ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A minibar and a desk are also available. A kitchenette with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station is also provided as standard. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well.     Stay down by the river for better hotels and dinning options

    PROS: Check in was good. Staff was helpful. Room was clean. The location near the train station was a bonus CONS: The accommodations are more like a hostel than an apartment or hotel. The facility was well worn. The area was not accommodating to walking outside at night and donning options were limited. The value was just not there

    Very disappointed stay, outdated complex/rooms and a lot of noice!

    The complex is very outdated compared to the pictures. Corridors and rooms are outlived. The bathroom was clean, but there were many stains on the carpet. The beds were not comfortable. My room was cancelled upon arrival and i was rebooked in another Appart'City. during the night there was A LOT OF NOICE (inside and outside!). In General a horrible stay and would not recommend anybody to stay here, except for student who are used to dorm rooms.     UNSAFE FOR SOLO FEMALES

    **SOLO FEMALE TRAVELERS, do not stay here** I was woken up at 3:00 am by a man entering my room. He left when I shouted, but I was too scared to sleep the rest of the night. There is no way to lock or bar the door from the inside if someone has a key. The staff’s response was disappointing. They could give no explanation as to why someone else had a key, and they refused to look into it further or involve the police. They allowed me to switch rooms but I ultimately forfeited the rest of my reservation to find a new hotel. THIS HOTEL IS NOT SAFE.

    I believe I have done one already! Ok, great greetings from the start at the hotel reception and very helpful with using the laundry service and there's a great place outside with tables and chairs. I'm gonna give it 4❤️❤️❤️❤️

    10min walk from La Part Dieu train station. The hotel is well located, a little further away from the train station but a third cheaper than those hotels located within the immediate area of the station.The reception area is very unwelcoming....looks like you are going into a block of flats.We arrived around 10.30pm and the "concierge" office was unattended for about 10min !!Our room was located in a seperate wing, you had to cross the garden. Our room was very comfortable and quiet...just exactly what we need it.It seems the furniture was quite new. Nice modern light beige colour.Bed comfortable.The room had a kitchenette (hob, fridge, sink, cupboard with a utensils).Downside, breakfast hours...only till 9.30am.....since we had a long traveling day, we wanted to rest, so we missed the breakfast.So if you need a comfortable bed, shower and great value without all the hotel's services and within close proximity of La Part Dieu...this is for you.
