Location

This hotel is located at the heart of the commercial district. The train station and the underground stations Part-Dieu as well as various shops are only 700 m from the hotel. The central district (Place Bellecour) lies some 2 km away. Lyon Airport lies around 25 km from the hotel.

    Good location, but very disappointing quality of apartment

    Having booked a 'comfort apparthotel', the standard of our apartment was well below the standard we expected, and not at all what the photos suggested we would get.There were holes in the plaster and paintwork on the walls throughout the apartment, and peeling paint. The lights in the bedroom were broken, and curtains hanging off the curtain rails. Lighting was insufficient after dark, and at least one ceiling tile was broken.We didn't receive any housekeeping during our 6 night stay, and had to ask for a new bin bag once the first one was full. The apartment was quite dusty, and the dishwasher quite smelly. The heated towel rail in the bathroom didn't work at all.On the plus side, we had the space we needed and were in a good location, and it was good to have the basic kitchen facilities which you wouldn't get in a hotel. But the quality of the apartment was very poor, especially considering the price we paid. Needless to say, I have already attempted to send this feedback via the contact form on the company's website and had no response.

    Great towels, TERRIBLE Hotel

    Watch as things fall apart @ Appart'city. Walls with gashes, baseboards missing, NO A/C & only 1 window opens to very loud street with trains. It gets worse, power failures on regular basis, urine stains in hall, carpet in hall disintegrating, part of hall ceiling just not there. Theres more but I'll leave it.On the other hand the staff was excellent & very helpful & the towels punched above weight.Don't book here if you don't have to!!!!Really!!! Maintenance is not their moto!!!

    This hotel is OK, even though the rooms are apartments, and not so much of hotel rooms. The check out time was 11, so this was not the best. Apart from that, the WIFI worked perfectly, and the most important thing was that the hotel was 10 min walk from the Part-Dieu Train station

    Very dissapointing! Does not look like the pictures. The reception is quite nice but that's it. The room was old, smelling, a hole in the wall, no ac working and the windows could not be opened. The kitchen did not look clean. The receptinoist however was so helpful in finding other rooms but they did not work for us. We decided to check out and go to another hotel.

    This was a great location. Easy walk to subway station. Easy excess to train station for airport or to other cities. We had two bedrooms upstairs In our suite, sitting room and kitchen and bathroom downstairs. They provided a fan which helped somewhat cool the room.
