    Disgusting and Dirty, do not book

    This place was the dirtiest place that my family have ever stayed. The first room we were put in had a hole in the bath, a dirty microwave, a stained and dirty sofa bed and hairs in the bed. The second room was marginally better but with extra hairs between the sheets and the mattress protector. There were also signs of bedbugs and three of our group were bitten overnight.The pictures of the rooms are not a true representation of the actual rooms by a fair few years. Please do not waste your money on this place, and if you're already booked then cancel and go elsewhere. I would not wish the experience we had on anyone else.

    Staffs are really very kind. The rooms of the apart I stayed are very good, but I wish the drain of the bath would be more frequently checked by the staffs. I would like to recommend Appart’City.By the way, the request on “Your Review”, “Reviews must be at least 200 characters” is too hard.

    The worst experience staying in a hotel. The hotel has good infrastructure but they only change the bedsheets.bad way öf cleaning. With out air-conditioning to hot. Full öf mosquitoes .Not recommended specifically if you have children.

    AWFUL ! Aircon NOT working + inexistent back office

    Despite it's a modern bulding, dating from the last decade, air conditionning NEVER worked. In Lyon, a city which facing regularly heatwaves (up to 40° C / 104 ° F) !!!Very poor service from "Appart' City" brand, belonging to "Park & Suites" group.***********Futhermore, front desk staff seem to be mythomaniac :- the first, an man speaking French with an Italian accent, told me his manager would be there at around 07.30 on following morning. He also precised this manager was used to reimburse up to 70 % of stay's rate, due to the default aircon.- the second told me his colleague gave me false informations. She gave me the e-mail of the Back Office and recommended me to deal this issue directly with the (supposed to be) manager. This last was of course not there and front desk staff is not allowed to give her phone number.Both told me they were supposed to fix definitely aircon but when first lockdown happened in March 2020, they ran out of money.With that poor service (NO aircon, broken fan, etc...) don't waste your money for that society... It would be not a huge loss if they are going bankrupt...********I wrote an e-mail to this Back Office and to Appart'City HQ.NONE of them bothered themselves to answer. Lyon Gerland's Back Office did not even read my claim, written in French (see snapshot)********(As a native French, I chose to write this TripAdvisor rating in English.There are aleady plenty of ratings in French. I just should have read them first before booking...)

    Staff will steal your stuff

    I left my phone charger in my room and called the hotel half an hour after my check-out to ask them to fetch it. Despite my very clear indications (room number and exact location of the charger), hotel desk told me that room service did not find my charger. Sorry, but I'm not buying it. Enjoy the free charger and thanks for nothing.
