    Good option but space for improvement

    Refrigerator and airconditioner replacement doing a lot of noise during night. Bathtub without plastic courtine and phone holder making hard to take a bath. Very good position, near office. Reception people very nice and available.

    Awful place to stay. Dirty, creepy and noisy. Please avoid at all cost.Mold on the walls, cigarette buds on the terrace and smelly room, noises all night long.The kitchen and bathroom are dirty and there is not even a table lamp.

    The hotel is near to the subway and train station. The walls are dirty, they clean the room once in a week. There is free WiFi, TV, poor quality of services, the windows are very dirty and dusty. I strongly recommend to search another property. The only strong point is that the subway station is near.

    BAD- The apartment was dirty.- The outside areas are almost abandoned, litter everywhere. And they have the courage to put a note saying that if the apartment gets dirty, they'll charge it."- Internet is HORRIBLE. Falls every 20 min.- TV has 5 channels, 2 did not work.- The TV control battery was dead.- There was only half a roll of toilet paper.- There was a hole in the middle of the room.- It had no iron to my clothes. I Ask at reception and they have only 1 for the entire hotel (there are 5 floors of apartments). Alto the receptionist did not know where it was. I remained without ironing my clothes.- Reception is not 24 hours.- There was nothing in the shower that separated the rest of the bathroom, each bath turned the bathroom into a pool.GOOD- They let me check in early.Luck of the day, I stayed only one night at the hotel, it was booked for two but I preferred to change.

    I don't even know where to begin with this crappy hotel (btw i've never given a negative review, it's that bad)...- there's no 24hr reception, arriving past 6pm, you have to speak via intercom to some girl who's completely useless.- room cards are kept in a safe box, intercom girl gave wrong password and we got locked out of the safe for 25min, wasting time, she blamed us for locking ourselves out. She never sent help.- in the safe, you'll find everyone's bookings and room cards, so basically everyone has access to your information. - the envelope has no detail about your actual room number. We had to randomly try every single room until we found our room.- shower head was broken, kept flinging up to the ceiling. If you still book this hotel, use a mug behind the shower head. - they charge for wifi- there's a super tiny print- very easy to miss- stating if you don't leave the kitchen exactly as it was, they will charge you cleaning fee. - the elevator stops all the time on the 2nd floor (where reception desk is). Trust me, it gets annoying. - fridge was broken. Honestly, I was better off in a hostel.
