Location

This apartment hotel is located in the city centre, in the heart of a new residential area. It is right in front of the town hall for the 8th district of Lyon (the second largest city in France, after Paris). It is also close to the main hospitals, the universities and several theatres and cultural centres. The tram takes guests right into the heart of Lyon Presqu'ïle. Lyon - Saint-Exupéry International Airport is approx. 20 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 52 apartments and 63 studios located in two 5-storey buildings with lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. The apartment hotel provides a baggage storage service, a library, a laundry service, a fax machine and a smoke alarm. Amenities include a drinks machine.     if you need to be close to public transportation this is a good choice. Place is quite and the rooms are avarage equipped (unfortunatelly no offer of tee, coffe in the kitchen). Breakfast is expensive but there a good bakery at the corner and a supermarket. Cleanliness may be improved.

    Very simple hotel. Nothing flash just Simple accommodation. So value for money. Uber is approx 15 Euro’s to get you into town. The AC is more like fan rather temperature controlled air flow. Switch off and open the window. Breakfast looked simple so decided to visit a local cafe.

    The ventilation was very noice, I couldn’t sleep and for two nights consecutive I had to switch room. The sofa bed was really not comfortable, slightly in diagonal. The pillows are very very big. The bed in the bedroom was not that comfortable either. The room was not 100% clean. I had a very bad experience I’m not recommending this hotel.

    Privilodges hotel is right across Hospital Mermose. If you have someone to stay at the hospital Privilodges is a very convenient place for you . It is a simple hotel with aparthotel conveniences. Clean and budget matching.     Being stayed for 6 nights in this Apart’Hotel was a great time and really feel home. I been welcomed by Miss Virginie who was great at the reception and with all the details and information’s...I was surprised to see my unit, enough space in the living space, comfortable bed, and well equipped kitchenette as well as the bathroom. Sonorisation was great too as my unit was on the 1st floor... Air-conditions was great in both places (bedroom & living room)... No single problem at all either for air-conditioning or water which is common... Mr Tadesse even visits me in order to make sure everything is Okay which is highly appreciate...Next day, first morning breakfast, welcoming by Mrs Nora and her team with a great smile. I can see how she has beloved in her duty making sure every guest is served, make sure the food is enough and sufficient for the guests in-house. I was very happy every morning after long hours duty having my breakfast with such a smile of her welcoming...Housekeeping team was great too, making sure for anything such as towels, shower gel...It was a great time and magnificent teams under the General Manager pretty sure is happy to have...I will highly recommend this accommodation surely and why not will be back!All the best...
