    Location was good. There is no elevator, and staff is not helpful. Rooms are ok, but bathroom was very dirty and very far from the dormitory.

    it was clean, not enough bathrooms for the amount of guests staying. no electricity in my room for light or charging devices and received nothing to make up for it even though I was tired arrived late and had to stay up in the common area to charge my phone. General Manager, Propriétaire at Slo Lyon Les Pentes, responded to this review Dear Ciara,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.We’re glad to hear you found the space clean, but we’re sorry that your experience was impacted by the lighting issue in your room.To clarify, we have 4 toilets available on each floor, as well as an additional one near the reception, to better accommodate the number of guests.Regarding the technical problem in your room, we sincerely apologize. After your report, we personally inspected the room and found that both the main ceiling light and the individual reading lights were not functioning. However, we did test all power outlets and confirmed they were working properly for charging devices.We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after a long travel day, and we regret that this situation was not resolved during your stay.Thank you again for your feedback, it helps us improve.     Staffs are very helpful. You can ask for any help, and they will try their best effort to help. Space is large enough where you would love to take a coffee break

    It is close to the public transport. The room is roomy, however, the airflow is not that great. As it is opposite to a bar, it can be quite noisy at night. And it would be great if there is curtain, so that the light was not needed to be switched off in early night.

    Very professional, clean, tidy, organised, efficient, showers and toilets immaculate and stay that way if everyone looks after them too. Storage lockers with keycode, very safe and secure. Friendly, professional staff. An excellent stay. I also booked Slo again as they have another one in Lyon. Both are EXCELLENT! 👌
