    building and car park good, staff help poor, very unreliable air con during a heat wave in Lyon, no restaurant, no vending machines, no access to garden - all were promised on booking

    Room very small, hard to use the kitchen, you need to clean the dishes if you use them or they charge an extra, the ones in the room were poorly washed by previous guest. I wanted to leave the luggage in the storage room, but the staff leaves on sundays at 12 so no possible, had to carry the luggage to the city center with me for the rest of the day until my flight leaves.

    This hotel needs upgrading. The quality is very poor.This carpets in the rooms are very worn and not clean. The bath / shower area has a panel missing. They are currently charging a small fortune, cashing in on the rugby world cup, but some good management would be useful.
