    Good hotel, easy for exploring Lyon. Poor service by reception

    Perfect location. Quiet. Room was really nice. Quality bed linen and a very clean room.Easy parking. BUT..Awful welcome and completely disinterested unhelpful staff, who saw no need whatsoever to smile at us, or to apologise that our Plus Room wasn’t ready at the advertised time. They could have been much kinder and offered to take our bags, given us a free coffee - given that our Plus Room advertised with coffee wasn’t ready from 2pm..so no coffee available either. I would stay here again as the location is great and the parking is secure. But I suggest customer service training for the staff as they are surly and bad for the brand.

    Hotel is close to transport T2 and T1. Easy to reach. Clean room and bathroom. The sheets were excellent and the mattress and pillows comfortable. Extremely coordial people at reception. Great wifi. The common space is quiet and I could work the entire day without any disturbance. There is a coffee vending mahine and snack vending machine. Has elevator. Centrally located. Easy to reach. Value for money. Will stay again.

    Great location for river cruise

    We stayed here for one night prior to a river cruise and the location was perfect for that purpose. There were ample restaurants and sights within walking distance and best of all, we were able to walk our luggage to the cruise ship. The accommodations are simple and clean and breakfast is basic but you can't beat the location before or after a river cruise.

    Room was very basic. The door to the bathroom was very annoying, very cheap and extremely noisy. They could have added an additional door to the shower because it's easy to put water everywhere in the bathroom when showering. Staff were ok I guess, not the most amazing service but politely french 🤣 breakfast was fine, just the boiled bacon that was being sold as crispy bacon was a big disappointment hahaBedroom was very clean I admit and linen too. Just a shame there was no bin because we had to leave our rubbish on the side table for the cleaning service to pick up.The socket on my side of the bed wasn't working and we felt the A/C was a bit cold, hard to navigate the exact temperature as it is only colour coded and not numbered.Overall a bit pricey experience (230€ for 2 nights) for quite a basic service.

    Stayed here for three nights recently during a conference. The check in was easy and quick. Rooms have number codes so there's no key to lose. The room is basic and clean. The linens appeared to be clean. My room was cleaned and towels replaced daily while I was there. The lighting in the room is a little odd. The HVAC is temperamental at best and I could not get it to cool the room during the unseasonable heat so that I had to open the window. The room worked for what it was intended.
