    Rugby World Cup Tour 2023

    I had 20 clients in this hotel and it was excellent. The staff could not have been more helpful, both in the reception and in the Dining Room and Bar. They set up viewing areas for all of us who wanted to watch the rugby and kept the bar open late to accommodate us as well as providing snacks. The rooms were well appointed with space and they were very clean. The management were extremely helpful and looked after my clients with care and devotion

    Had a fantastic 2 night stay whilst visiting Lyon for the rugby World Cup. The hotel is very modern and chic. The restaurant is amazing!! We ate there for dinner and breakfast. There was so much choice for breakfast and the staff were really attentive and helpful. We used the pool and spa area which was extremely relaxing. Be aware men cannot wear swim shorts but can borrow tight shorts from the spa which are acceptable. The room was very comfortable and had a walk in modern shower in the bathroom. Unfortunately there was no hair conditioner supplied but there is shampoo/body wash. It has easy access for public transport to the heart of Lyon.

    Nice hotel with terrible service. We waited 45 minutes simply to order a drink in the brasserie! Acknowledged our presence but continued to ignore us and even after complaining after 30 minutes we still had to make a fuss simply to get our drinks. Very poor service and no apologies offered. Obviously have staffing issues. Good hotel badly staffed and very little management. So dissatisfied.     Nice hotel outside Lyon city center. We stayed here to be close to friends nearby. Convenient location with parking. Room was comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. We found nice pastry and coffee shops nearby. Very comfortable for an overnight stay. We didn't try the restaurant or spa.

    Stayed for 3 weeks during which time my duvet cover was never changed. Nice pool but very strict on numbers so you have to book your slot. Lovely restaurant, friendly staff, small basic room, small bar area. Local area has NOTHING to do on a Sunday
