Great hotel in every way

This is our third visit to this hotel on route to Provence and we'll be going again. Access from the motorway is easy and the hotel itself is in the centre. It is outstanding value for money. The rooms are very comfortable and the public area is welcoming with a free Nespresso coffee machine. "Express" breakfast is terrific in terms of price, range of food and its quality. There is also secure parking at the rear of the hotel that you can book; I suggest you don't park in the road outside because bird droppings are a problem!In addition, the staff at reception are excellent, friendly and helpful. Tip: There is an Irish bar just across the road from the hotel that serves very good salads.

The receptionist working on Saturday may 31st in the evening is an awful violent man. He verbally assaulted a young woman. She walked in and asked if she could use the washroom in the hotel. The receptionist said yes. After she was done, she tried to leave and he had the front door locked, started walking towards her screaming that she shouldn’t have used the bathroom if she wasn’t a client. She tried to tell him she was a tourist and she didn’t know it was not allowed but he kept screaming at the poor woman. She was visibly shaking. He finally let her leave but that behaviour was unacceptable!!!!

Absolutely loved it here, the team were more than helpful, could t do enough to make my stay comfortable! Would highly recommend you to stay here. No matter what you need the team will get it sorted for you. I asked for a room Fan and it was sorted even though the hotel doesn’t supply them as an option! First class service.

Average but tidy and disciplined transit-like hotel with spacious connecting rooms for kids in that part of France. However the staff is friendly and happy with rooms ready in 5 minutes even though the arrival time was at around noon as in BW Les 7 Fontaines in Tournus. The breakfast is poor. The location is within a walking distance to the center. Good parking. Many charming restaurants nearby. A real relief after horribly managed BW in Tournus.

The heating did not function. The water in the toilet was running the whole night. The rooms are very small, no upgrade for my diamond select status. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, easy free parking on the road in front of the hotel.
