    We would like to sincerely thank the front desk staff, especially Anthony and his colleague. For some reason, our booking was unexpectedly cancelled, but Anthony was extremely kind and helpful. He offered us a great solution so that we could still stay for the first night, and we paid for the second night afterwards. We really appreciate their professionalism and warm assistance. Thanks to them, our stay started smoothly despite the initial problem!

    We were 3 mature Rugby supporters from Newport staying in Lyon for a European Cup rugby match. We were looking for a hotel near the centre and this fitted the bill perfectly. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and perfectly adequate for 3 nights stay. Great breakfast very generous with a wide choice of savoury and sweet products and you could have as much as you wanted. Location was easy to walk around the city and the tram and metro station was a few minutes away.

    This hotel is in a great location for exploring the city - not too far to walk to places like Bellecour square, and also close to Perrache rail/metro station. I found the staff friendly and helpful, and they are on the front desk 24/7. The room was a little tired , with some questionable stains on the wall, and think it needs a lick of paint/new carpet really. Having said that, I was hardly in the room so it didn’t really bother me. The important thing was the bed was comfortable and the rainfall shower was lovely. A mirror in the room would be a great addition and maybe provide some slippers given the condition of the carpet. For the price you pay, it’s fine, but wouldn’t want to pay any more.

    Smallish room with small balcony. Don't like the paper cups they give you for tea/ coffee. Central, close to Perrache station. Nice bar. Breakfast looked ok but didn't try it.Left a jacket there - emailed 3 times and rang twice with no success. Never got a reply to emails.     Wonderful location right next to the train station/ metro also walking distance to many looking landmarks , helpful staff during check in and throughout my stay, I didn’t catch any names but I believe the reception manager/ supervisor (used to work in Brighton Uk) was most helpful and personable Finally a lovely room overlooking the main square with a little balcony added a little extra charm.
