    Friendly and helpful staff, well-working air-conditioning (comes handy in hot summers like this), very comfortable bed and pillows, wifi working well. All the main ingredients were here for a nice stay at a reasonable price :) I can greatly recommend it.     The rooms was EXCELLENT,Free PARKING,The CHEF did EXCELLENT job, the food tastes really good.The RESECTIONIST are AMAZINGLY good. The breakfast was REALLY GOOD, and really enjoyed my stay.     Very friendly cooperative nice smiley stuff, rooms are very clean and nice, little tidy but nice.The chief Mohamed is super & there's a very nice Moretaine Receptioniste and Algerian guy.     Two hooks are better than one- but at a ludicrous price.

    There were two PAIRS of coat hooks in my room.no less! We could hang two coats ,two hats ,and a pair of trousers( by the braces/ suspenders).Staggering in amazement at this luxury,I then struck my head badly on the edge of the skylight opening in the low sloping ceiling. For such a palace,I am paying the price of a cheapish FOUR star in Nice.Such are the joys of conference season in Lyon.If you are coming for pleasure, choose your week! For a CHEAP place, the Campanile Bron( note the apparently erroneous Tripadvisor reviews ,probably for the much newer Campanile Smart Bron) would not be bad at an appropriate price. It is like an old American motel,with external balcony entrances reached by spiral stairs,but with small rooms.The bed was good,the aircon worked,and the roof window had a good shutter.There was a kettle and writing table with lamp. The utility bathroom did have a shower door- better than a modern open walk-in. A good low cost improvement would be to restrict the TV sound level,as the sound insulation is bad. In contrast to some reviews, my room was not unclean, but it could not be kept in a decent state as there was no toilet brush.     When I arrived there was garbage at the bedroom door, but when I opened the door, that's when the surprise came. Disgusting, I have never seen such a dirty Hotel in my life! I stayed in the room for 5 minutes and had to make a reservation at another hotel in the area. Campanile never again!
