    The Worst Experience

    This hotel was an absolute disgrace and nothing like what was advertised on their website. I booked three rooms for two nights through my colleague, and all of the rooms were in the same unacceptable condition. From the moment we checked in, it was clear the place was filthy. The rooms were dirty, the carpets were sticky, and the bathrooms were appalling. The lights above my bed didn’t even work. The first night, we had no choice but to stay as it was late, but we deeply regretted it.The next morning, things only got worse. Breakfast was abysmal – unappetising and poorly presented. The television in the room didn’t work either. When we attempted to report these issues to the front desk, the staff couldn’t have been more dismissive. Their rudeness and lack of professionalism were shocking. Instead of addressing our concerns, they blatantly ignored us.The situation escalated when we decided to check out early and cancel the second night. We asked to speak with the hotel director, but the staff flat-out refused to provide their contact details. When we persisted, the front desk staff removed the service bell and disappeared into the back office, refusing to engage with us any further.This is hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever encountered. The lack of cleanliness, broken amenities, terrible service, and unprofessional staff make this place a complete disaster. Avoid at all costs – you’d be better off sleeping in your car.     Accidental overpayment refunded in full 😁

    Fantastic service from local management (Nicolas & Loic) in helping to correct a digitally manufactured overcharge. I was scrolling my phone to book a stay at the Campanile in Villefranche sur Saone & just before selection the page loading changed (often & irritatingly!) so that I accidentally selected the Ecully hotel. On phoning the central Campanile Management hub within minutes of the accidental mis-selection, I was met with a "Computer says NO" type response. The woman could read off her screen exactly what had just happened but "couldn't help me". Fortunately the strategically sighted humans (named above) were far more honourable and flexible. They listened to my story & refunded me the full amount that I had accidentally paid them.     Really I insist ,the service was excellent.Only problem , no iron available and the food quality.     to much disappointments

    container with construction waste on parking. heating was not working so a hot air blower was brought, amazed look when i mentioned the interphone on the barrier was not working. Worst stay in a campanile ever
