    It was our 5th time visit and it remains our favorite place to celebrate special event. The customer service is still excellent, the spa and massage staff is one of the best we have experienced. Highly recommended to relax and enjoy good food as well. Thank you for keeping this place incredible.

    At the heart of Beaujolais, a very well located Château offering a unique experience.This place combines all in one: SPA, gastronomic restaurant, outdoor swimming-pool, a well designed wine tasting experience and of course, a smashing view on the hills of Le Beaujolais!You'll get a chance to discover more about the location and the art of the French wine, and why not, brining back home some great bottles!Take a time to visit the nearby places and walk in the French Garden.Have a go at the gastronomic restaurant where the dedicated staff will look after you and will guide you in your selection from La Carte des Vins.The rooms are duplex style and will give you access to the warm outdoor swimming-pool for a relaxing time.Give a go at the SPA experience with the indoor swimming-pool and a range of SPA experiences and massages.Definitively a place to stay if you're around and planning to stop or to visit the Beaujolais!Special mention to the staff, you did a great job!

    Wonderful stay but duplex block needs an upgrade in certain area

    The chateau is in a stunning setting with a beautiful English style formal garden brimming with multicoloured flowers of different variety and stunning topiaryThe outdoor element of the restaurant in the front courtyard of the chateau is a wonderful spot to enjoy dinnerThe breakfast was excellent with every choice imaginable and thus something for everyone with their particular tastesThe swimming pool overlooked the vineyards and its size was in no ways constrictingThe wine boutique is modern and airy and very informative with a sensory wine experience which must be unique for such an enterprise The room was spacious with excellent facilities - coffee machine drinks fridge.The bath was of ample size and the toilet was separate.The outdoor space was private unlike the other side facing swimming poolThe reception staff were very professional engaging and informative I wanted to give this establishment a rating of 5 but these are the reasons not soAs the weather was inclement at certain times but it would be a step forward to allow the use of indoor pool only but it is €45 charge which includes spa and stem room - I think this is excessive and if the spa is a franchise the hotel should have a special arrangement for guestsWe chose a single level room in the chateau itself rather than a duplex away from the chateau as we discovered on our arrival that the room was rather sombre and lacked light.We then chose the duplex which was more spacious but apart from positive features outlined before there were a number of negative features.The five sockets at ground level were all taken by electrical appliance which ,meant there was no facility to charge iPhones and computersThe lighting was very poor as the living area was high ceilinged and there were only two side lamps.There was a choice of square bed pillows that were hard or soft but neither were comfortable and suggest invest in better quality fillingLittle details like hair conditioner toiletries and face towel were not providedThe corridor outside the rooms was carpeted but it was stained and had a musky smell not necessarily as a result of the presence of a number of dogs in this dog friendly establishmentThe bar area in the chateau itself is not inviting rather austere and sombre with very dark furniture
