Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock.     This is one of the worst hotels we have ever had the misfortune to stay in. We arrived by train the day before an early flight, at around 15h. We asked airport staff where the hotel was located. The didn't know but looked it up and told us we would find a navette in front of the hotel - well there was NO navette. The airport staff had looked up its location for us so we had a rough idea of how to get there - there was only a sign inside the train station/airport but then nothing. We started walking in the direction after about five minutes walking we phoned the hotel and the young woman that answered said that the navette finished at 8.40 and would not start again until 18h. When we asked for directions she replied very rudely "Do you not have google Maps?" I did not remind her we were a couple with a combined age of 186 years and were carrying and dragging two cases each!!. Luckily for us we are technically adept. We opened Google maps and followed for over 15minutes until we arrived in front of a large locked gate and fencing that surrounded the hotel. Again luckily for us there was a car coming out so he could open the gate from inside.     20 years overdue for refurbishment

    The staff were pleasant and the food wasn't bad, but the place is about 20 years overdue for refurbishment. Rotting wood around the bath, generally dilapidated and the air conditioning didn't work. We only stayed there because our evening flight was cancelled and it was the last room available at an airport hotel, but next time I'll take a taxi into town.     Im not sure why the Hotel Manager would tell me her name is Emilie when her name is Anaise. Also why she would offer my husband 700€ alcohol on the tab when they knew he was drunk and sick and a week later send me a bill asking me to pay 708.79€ for the drinks!. So apparently this hotel takes advantage of their clients by charging them after the fact? The worst customer service! Please watch your bill closely!!

    I booked a large room with a queen size bed and expected it to be air-conditioned for the price I paid. Instead, I find a nonworking,air-Acondition and a fan. The phone in the room wasn’t working so I had to go down the gloomy, dark hallway with filthy carpets to the elevator to speak to the receptionist. The receptionist told me that they had no other rooms and that I could make do with the fan.I told her that she had to change my room as I was not about to pay so much of money for a room that had no air-conditioner. She finally agreed to give me another very tiny room which was filthy as though the room and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The only reason I booked this hotel was because it was a mile away from the airport and I had an early morning flight to catch.I for one would think twice before I book a room online again without knowing the situation and the quality of the rooms.     We stayed here as nothing else was available and our flight was cancelled. even though it was cheap and at least we had a roof over our head and a place to stay it wasn't a great experience.The corridors felt dark and dingy - we couldnt fit our suitcases in the room. The decor felt like something out of the 80s and they really really do need to change their promotional pic of the room because it looks nothing like that.Sheets were clean at least - and if you are exhausted and literally just need to sleep, wake up and leave for the airport then its an ok option - but if the Moxy is available in Lyon Airport, I would definitely stay there instead.They do offer a free shuttle to the hotel however, which was very convenient and went as er schedule. The lady who drove the van was a trooper loading and offloading all the luggage herself.
