The location is excellent, my husband and I visited a lot on foot. The staff at the reception was very friendly from arrival to departure. We didn't have breakfast because we wanted to explore a bit around. Clean, tidy, no complaints.

Comfortable room in a convenient location

The hotel is conveniently located for the train and coach stations at Lyon Perrache. The room was comfortable enough. On the whole I didn't find Lyon the most hospitable of places, though the people running the hotel were fine. There's a supermarket on the next block up the Rue de la Charite, and lots of restaurants and bars on the large square by the station. The only real problem I encountered was that Google Maps got very confused under all the concrete of the Perrache station, so it's quite easy to take a wrong turn when you first arrive, but just give the app time to get it's bearings and it's not too much of a problem.

Stayed here for one night as a stop off on the way to South of France from the Channel Tunnel. The staff were lovely and very helpful - also trustworthy as we had to leave our car keys with them due to cars being parked a certain way in car park. Small rooms but decent and clean but not very soundproof which caused a slight issue neverless we slept well until the morning when we were woken up with drilling from the opposite side of the road. Comfortable stay in a good location

I had a very nice stay and although small the hotel is very comfortable. My room was very nice and I was pleasantly surprised to have air conditioning in the room. The quality of service was very good and especially the receptionists were friendly and helpful.
