Location

    I cannot recommend this place. Sub-standard. Terrible breakfast (1 baguette for all guests, yoghurts beyond expiration date that were never replaced during my stay) Moldy shower curtain and no mosquito nets in the rooms (resulting in mosquitos and spiders in the room).The hotel staff was unwilling to resolve an issue with a wrong invoice.

    *Site management!Litter in must areas, cig butts etc, over growing bushes make it unsafe at night.Units decoration is awful, squashed insects marks on walls!Serious Caution. There are NO instruction regarding health and safety, evacuation or means of alerting anyone in the event of emergency. Lots of house rules to benefit establishment nothing about how to use microwave, tv etc. Beware of large p"ot hole in car park 60x60cm*Cleanliness Grubby, cobwebs in the room, dust dirt under sofa, squashed insect marks on walls. Trash bins crawling with maggots. Questions how safe is it to use the pool? Lack of attention to detail. *Facilities are basic, clean linens and towels. Not enough utensils. Given the environment there is no security safe.

    Nice and clean apartment on a child friendly park. Well situated next to large park for walking and nice eating facilities close to the city of Lyon. The staff was very friendly and flexible in changing our stay at no extra cost!     Nice facility located close to the city of Lyon

    We are familiar with this facility. Residents of the USA with the need to spend 2 to 3 periods close to Lyon, we like to stay at the Garden & City Marcy L'Etoile residence. It is close to Lyon but located in the countryside. The marvelous parc of the Cheteau de la Croix Laval is located next door and provides a nice facility for practicing sport activities or trecking. The residence provides clean and well furnished appartements. The personnel is very attentive to customer requirements. We do recommend this facility for leisure or business opportunities.
