  Stopped for one night while travelling.Free parking.Check in staff and bar staff were very friendly and helpful.Comfortable, clean and quiet room.Pool Table in the bar was a bonus.

  This very new building is easy to spot whilst walking (10 minutes) from Bron airport.The foyer and staff are smart, although the electric revolving door is a menace after dark- the curved side panels are invisible . We had a third floor room; although there is only one small lift, inadequate for the size of hotel, the stairs are very easy.There was an excellent view,and no sound from adjacent rooms or outside.Basic comfort was good,with a rather soft bed,but excellent aircon,and a window which both opened fully and had opaque curtains.There was light and space for writing,and a sort of wall mounted seat at which two people could eat on an article like a hospital bed table.The stowage was the usual budget type fixed shelf and coat rail, without a drawer or a safe. Again at budget level ,there was no fridge,but the coffee machine could be used to make tea. The complicated modern bathroom arrangements required three sliding doors,and one hinged, to enclose a space large enough to provide a bath,but instead there was the trendy walk in shower and almost useless shallow basin with no plug.I suppose I should be grateful that the shower did not flood the room. Breakfast was in a rather small room ,with very basic furniture, but as good as the 4 star hotel I am at present occupying in Nice!   We love this simple and smart hotel. Everyone speaks English, which is great for us and very friendly. There is ample free parking. Our room comes with breakfast. This is perfect for us as we wanted to stay out of the city and be able to travel and visit the area around Lyon.   Incredible Staff, Clean, Bright Hotel, Lovely Sound Proof Room 5*

  What an excellent hotel. It was warm, clean, comfortable and the bed was divine. Also there was hardly any sound, it was so well sound proofed. I have to give special mention to the staff; whoever does the recruiting does it really well! We arrived around 20.00hrs at night and were greeted by Jordin and Lilly on reception. They were just wonderful, it was such a charming greeting, so friendly, warm and welcoming. We ate at the hotel as we were late and the lady on the bar was also lovely, sadly, I never got her name. It had been a long stressful day for us and the warm welcome and comfort was greatly appreciated. I don't think that I have ever been to a hotel that had such incredible staff, it really is 5* service. I would not fail to recommend this place to anyone and think it really good value for money.   What a gem, made better by the outstanding staff!

  I would normally mention the lovely, clean fresh rooms, and the bright and welcoming lobby, but as good as these are, nothing touches the quality of the staff!I can honestly say I have never before met such a fabulous team in every department.The two welcoming girls, Lilly and Jordin could not have been more warm, delightful, helpful, respectful or cheery. They made us not want to leave.Also the fabulous girl serving at the bar and in the restaurant was so sweet, gentle, considerate and attentive. I wish I had asked her name. In fact everybody we came across carried a bright welcoming smile and were so efficient and thoughtful.This hotel is a lesson in exemplary service. Thank you so much!
