Looking at the hotel from the outside may give the wrong impression. You can expect a super friendly and committed staff. Small but very clean and comfortable rooms. Since the "old" Ibis times breakfast has evolved to a full offer of fresh products nicely displayed. You would definitely not expect such a good experience looking at the price, hotel class and the outer look. Very simple Ibis hotel. Not the newest one, but clean. Location is the only good thing. Close to the tram station. Close to the Tony Gardener Hall. Lot of great small restaurants are close. Hotel has its own parking. A little noice in Sept 2021, as they renovate the street

If you are looking for somewhere quiet away from the main city centre then this is ideal. Easily accessed by car and with free parking. Also metro and tram stops are only 300 metres way. Staff are friendly, beds are so comfortable and breakfast is good too

We visit our son on his work and stayed to watch a football game Marseille vs Lyon. Good whiskey in bar and very good service😎 we enjoyed. After match we all left bar going home. Well done Ibis family!!!

This Ibis hotel is perfect for attending a rugby match, it is located away from the main city centre but the metro station is a few minutes walk and metro system is good. Reception staff were friendly, room was a decent size and standard but was far too hot, radiators were on and even turning it down the room was stuffy, the air con system was off, thankfully the window can be opened but the noise from closeby bar was incredible. Breakfast was a bit disorganised and the room far too small with no visible staff and unbearably hot.If I was attending another rugby event I would stay here again.
