    Very very POOR customer service!!

    Horrible, horrible customer service!!I was part of a group that arrived at around 9:40 p.m. We were all tired but still formed a proper queue to the ONLY elevator. Suddenly, the front desk clerk let 2 persons cut the line!! One of the guests claimed that he's a VIP because he paid more for the room!! We are guests, too!! The front desk was unapologetic!! Very very poor customer service!!

    Ice and central and I also got a great view from my corner room of the river. I was entitled to a free drink due to my IBIS status - disappointed that in this hotel it was limited to a soft drink or a beer. And we are in wine country!I didn’t opt for breakfast- so unable to comment.

    Five stars staff from front desk to bar to cleaning. This is the main strength of this Ibis alongside the excellent location. Walking distance to the most important artery of the city extending to the train station it also has a nice outdoor area to have breakfast and/or a drink. The staff, especially Elodie at front desk is very helpful and can serve as a tour guide. The rooms are basic, but clean and relatively spacious. THe breakfast is delicious and a lot of local products are provided. The highly energetic staff cater for any needs one might have and they are always generous, offering complimentary perks with meals and orders. The in-house food is also a good option if too tired to visit a restaurant. Will be back anytime in town.

    The hotel is located centrally - close to everything and restaurants are are short walk away.There is parking but you need a very small car for it. There is gated parking 100 metres away that is 13 euro for 24 hours. I used that each day. The breakfast is basic and the scrambled eggs are extremely sloppy, but it was either that or cold hard boiled eggs. Plenty of bread options of course.I had a room on the top floor which has a small ceiling window. The view was actually nice, but only visible if you stick your head out of the window.Small room but has what you need. TV at the end of the bed (only French channels) that you cannot connect to via your phone but you can via USB. I therefore could not use it.Bed was comfortable.Room was cleaned each day.If you have a shower at peak times, the hot water is inconsistent as is the power, other times, no problem. The shower door actually has a large hole where the door handle should be which meant the floor was soaking wet after each shower, so I ended up squeezing a towel in the hole to stop it.Girls at reception are nice and helpful.

    Lost plushie, we really hope it will be found

    lost child plushie,we slept in this hotel from 16 august till 17 august. on 17 august i noticed that we missed something, it’s my kid’s pink, squared plushie. well.. it doesn’t really look like a plushie, it’s more like a small towel and it looks pretty old. But it means a lot to her since she had it since birth and it hurts to see how emotional she is about the lost of it. we tried to contact the hotel but there were barely staff members who could speak english, so it was hard to communicate. i hope someone else will find it and will try to contact me by sending me a message, to contact me you can just click on my profile and send me a message.thanks a lot already!
