  This is a very very basic Hotel. I stayed there only for 3 hours. Towels seemed to be not very clean and worn out.I think there could be better places at a much lower price difference in this area .I wanted to sleep for a couple of hours but could not.

  When I booked the hotel I forgotten to select breakfast, my 11 years old got up so early so I let him go and pay for his breakfast with cash and when he is back to the room, I noticed he got charged at adult price €9.50.I went out and talk to the receptionist and she told me all France hotel under 10 is half price which I didn't think too much at the time because I was busy organising my 26 day road trip.But after a few days when I stay in another Ibis budget at France, I have a conversation about this, they say is actually under 12 is half price and is stated on the confirmation email of your stay.I quickly looked up which it did say children 12 is half price for breakfast. The receptionist at Archamp have lie and overcharged my son for breakfast!!

  Far from Geneva's city center but comfy , clean, and reasonably priced

  I stayed here for one night, in preparation for my flight out of the Geneva airport the next day. This hotel was a lot cheaper than ones actually in Geneva. It was a great price and worked well for me, I had no trouble. It was clean, fairly spacious, had nice hot water, the beds were comfy enough (and I'm picky), and was very quiet. The front desk person spoke English and was friendly. I took cabs to and from here (I arrived into town by train, left by plane), and the trips were about 30 euros each I think. Not cheap, but still way less expensive than booking a hotel in Geneva. All in all I would stay here again as a stopover place.

  The hotel was average. Our biggest issue was with cleanliness and early morning staff behaviour. The bath cubical were unclean and in general the rooms were also not clean. The towels and bedding were fine. An early morning staff member on our second morning argued with us endlessly about breakfast. The day before we had no issues. The staff member ended up over charging us. This person needs a lesson on customer service. All other staff members were fine.

  It was running late and we had travelled all day, this hotel came just at the right time at the right place. And even a family room was available! It was handy that we all had our own bed (2 parents, 2 children). The place was clean and had basic facilities. The breakfast was more than we expected for a budget hotel and was good. The staff was not that good in English (and we not in French) but we managed well. The price was at the high side (Onehundredfiftytwo euro for 4 ppl, 1 room, incl breakfast) but we had no choice. In hindsight we should have booked via All. The parking place for free.
