  Great budget hotel

  We stayed here as a couple for a week for the womens world cup. We didnt expect much with it being a budget hotel but it was a pleasant stay and suited our needs perfectly. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels every day and fresh bedding most days. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was kinda in the middle of no where but it had a bus stop right outside that took you to the grand large reservoir (which was beautiful) where you could get a tram into the city it took around 40 mins to get from the hotel to Lyon which was a pleasant journey. :)

  Breakfast is not served

  We stayed here in last night. In the morning we wanted to have breakfast before leaving. But the lady in reception has difficulty speaking in English. So she could not explain why we can't have breakfast. But interestingly, although we were willing to pay for the breakfast, we could not have it. We asked her to talk with her manager but she told she can not call at this hour. Budget should not mean less capable people. Anyway, if you want to have breakfast here book it before. Otherwise no restaurant around to have breakfast. The satisfaction of our customers is our priority, but apparently we did not succeed this time. For your information, being a small 2 * hotel, we never got a shuttle. It is amazing that a member of my team could tell you the opposite. Regarding the conversation you had with my colleague, she understood your request for breakfast very well and she explained perfectly that it should be booked the day before especially for a group of 8 people. This morning we had a group of 120 people already booked and we could not meet your request. If you give us the opportunity to regain your trust, we will be happy to offer you the best that our customers enjoy every day. Please accept, Madam, Sir, our best regards.

  Good location - ants in the room

  We stayed at the hotel with our 2 kids when we were returning from our holidays in the south of France.Good location and save parking for our car. Also the breakfast was very good. The only thing that bothered us were the ants in the room...

  Excellent. Our only complaint was that the website did not provide adequate directions on how to get to the hotel. Staff was helpful, check-in easy and fast and the room was very clean with an excellent bed. We would stay there again.

  Great rooms, great improvement

  I was very surprise by the size of the room, to have another room with a shower and a separated toilet is a great improvement for me, you don't feel to squeeze. Staffs were friendly, very helpful when needed. The only problem we had is the discotheque next door on wednesday night we had to change room because we couldn't sleep but we moved to another room without any problem. the surrounding isn't the best but overall we were happy.
