    Our 2nd stay in the hotel & everything was perfect . Clean & welcoming hotel .The stuff from the desk to the restaurant was really polite & professional . We have ate at the restaurant with our kids & the food was delicious & service was perfect . Thank you . We will be back !

    We stayed at the Kopstee for the Taylor Swift Concert on June 2nd. The hotel did an EXCELLENT job making if fun for the Swifties. Bracelet making station plus brunch. Gifts in the room. They are small but who cares when you can leave the event and be in bed five minutes later. Staff were SOOOO nice and helpful. Would highly reccomend if you are attending an event at Groupama.

    We stayed at KOPSTER for the Taylor Swift concert happening next door at the stadium. The hotel staff was INCREDIBLE - from check-in, to food/drink, the room amenities. The prices were high to secure such a great location for the concert, but the hotel made it worthwhile. Thank you Kopster team!

    We booked this hotel for a family trip. There were complications with our travel and the hotel reservations agent (we did not book through a third party) refused to credit our stay or allow us to move our reservation to another date. I understand some reservations are non refundable but to completely refuse to help a client who has already paid for a room and is eager to visit Lyon at a different date is unacceptable and distasteful for a 4 star establishment. I would never book here again nor would I recommend anyone else to do so.

    Convenient hotel for Stadium visit ( we watched rugby world cup match ) rooms modern , bright and comfortable .Breakfast buffet ok . Good bar area .There are trams into the city but not much else to note in the area . It was purely a convenient hotel to watch our match. Staff helpful and friendly.
