    Hotel located in a charming area.About ten minutes waiting at the reception before someone arrives. Very cold receptionist.Sad, dark room, with a view barred by trees.Bad breakfast: poor quality products, few choices.I advise against KYRIAD DIRECT ROANNE, at Kyriad Direct Roanne, responded to this review Monsieur,Nous sommes sincèrement navrés que votre séjour n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nous regrettons de ne pas retrouver de réservation à votre nom sur notre logiciel car nous aurions pu mieux identifier la chambre concernée.Votre remarque concernant l'accueil a été transmise à notre équipe afin d’améliorer notre qualité de service. Nous disposons pourtant d'un bouton d'appel à disposition à la réception afin de nous alerter sur votre présence.Nous regrettons que la chambre et son environnement ne vous aient pas apporté la satisfaction espérée.     Always so happy with our night at the Kyriad. Friendly and professional staff. Perfect room and very decent price. Perfect breakfast. Everything was perfect for us and come back soon!!!     Comfortable discreet hotel, clean in the rooms (outside maybe you need a rehearsal) with adjacent and private parking.The breakfast was good and plentiful.The cost of 73 euros including breakfast seems right to me. I would use it as almost all guests for work or for passage to Brittany.The thing I don't like is the air conditioning management from the direction (they say 24 degrees but it didn't seem to me) and if you're hot you can't open the windows because they can't be used giving on the balcony passing through.Little or nothing to see around.     Quiet place despite close to a major avenue and the fast track not far. Free parking, mascots accepted. Decent room, good bedding but we were and a simple sheet would be better than duvet.     Another pleasant little stay in your hotel with a warm welcome only small flat one of the trash cans was not emptied.A very quiet place breakfast with choice this Easter weekend small chocolate eggs were arranged all around the buffet.
