  Back in Early November 2019 my family and I were passing by Lyon when we needed a place to stay. As we went to other hotels we encountered all the hotels booked. Until we came across this hotel had room for us. Thank goodness. We arrived in the middle of the night and had no issues communicating. The room was comfortable and beautiful. We had been on the go the entire time we were in Spain and France that we ended up staying a bit longer than expected. The property was a delight to be in during our stay. Even with the language barrier we found the staff delightful. I would love to return and will stay in this property once again. THANK YOU FOR THE HOSPITALITY. ***

  Nice people but very bad organisation

  We stayed there for a concert. We arrived at 4:00 and 20 people were already waiting for a room, some of them more than 3 hours. They had been having problems with staff and could not give clean rooms to customers. We were given a dirty one, with the promise it would be cleaned during our concert. The store was closed and blocked. Fortunately, a nice cleaning lady told us to take the room she had just cleaned. The experience was unpleasant, but they did what they could. The problem is that it went on: we were told a wrong time for the breakfast, once there the following day, they were eggs but no egg cups, a boiler to cook them but no timer, no bread or croissants, they arrived 30 minutes later. For the check out, we were told we had not checked in... Coud be much better with just a bit more effort!   Recommend for budget travellers who are not planning to stay in Lyon for more than one-two nights.

  Not much to add to what has been already said about this hotel. Though, I should accept that I spent just one night there and I do not bid to be absolutely objective.The most important asset, in my opinion, is parking: it is free, spacious and absolutely safe.Rooms are very small (it is the fact – it cannot be changed) – in my opinion. They are certainly not for the romantic or long-term stay including for the site seeing in Lyon if you decide to stay for more than one night. It is quite far from the Lyon centre (8-10 kms). There is a tram T2 somewhere near the hotel to bring you to the centre of the city, but the closest tram stop in Bron is something like 500 meters walking distance from the hotel. I did not try, but I guess that it may not be very easy to find without somebody’s advice or a detailed map. Though, the staff may be very helpful in finding where and how to go in Lyon.Breakfast is more or less the same as in other hotels of the same type and level in Lyon. Though, the area where it (breakfast) is served is quite odd. Quite worn tables and chairs which look like that somebody got rid of them and the hotel picked them up. Furniture in the dining room does not add to the image of this, basically quite acceptable hotel for one-two nights stay.

  Good overnight stop near motorway, very helpful staff

  The rooms are very clean with new bathrooms, ours was redecorated.The staff both daytime and evening were very helpful.   Worn out hotel

  Hotel is worn out and needs renovation. It doesn't deserves three stars. Beds were not made properly, carpets were dirty, there was smoke smell in the corridor and the air conditioner also had a bad smell. Too expensive for the quality offered.
