  The location is amazing, so central. Room was very comfortable and clean. Remi on checkin was efficient. He also gave great restaurant recommendations 😁 Breakfast was basic and I suppose reflected in the price. Definitely recommend staying here.

  This is a great hotel for location in central Lyon. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and a short stroll to the river or up to the Basilica. Breakfast is a little basic but that's reflected in the price. For a work trip it was just what was needed.

  Excellent location on Victor Hugo (one of the main commercial pedestrian zones) just seconds away from Place Bellecour and minutes from old city, best place to stay if you are planning to walk and explore the city on foot.We took a quad room, that was apparently recently renewed, everything was recent, bathrooms were fully renewed and the furniture was modern (there are a few classical rooms according to the hotel staff).The staff is very nice, welcoming and helpful, we were given our room 2 hours before check-in time (thankfully it was available), of course they also give you the possibility to leave your luggage in a locked room on departure day should you still need to wander around.Rooms are cleaning, cleaning service is efficient and rooms are pretty well soundproofed, we had a nice balcony with direct view on the Victor Hugo street, without being bored by the outside noise. Breakfast is available for 10€, but we have not tried it, reception is available 24/7, and usually the hotel prices are more competitive than anything you can find on other booking websites.I highly recommend for a trip in Lyon (and I also recommand to anybody who hasn't been there to visit Lyon)

  Great location and good sized room. Walking distance to most sightseeing attractions (cathedral, river, etc) and many restaurants. Good lobby area with wifi and helpful staff. Also walking distance to smaller train station Perrache which is infinitely preferable to larger Part-Dieu station.

  Threatened to call police then threw us out!

  Our room wasn’t available when we returned during our second night due to a leak from the air conditioner being repaired. We were told we could still access the room, but this wasn’t actually possible because the entrance was blocked by workers and equipment. The manager told us the work would be done in an hour and offered 50 Euro for compensation, but after returning later the room still was not accessible. The manager now tells us that we said the room would be available in an hour, not him! A request for another room was denied. The manager was now vague about when we’d actually be able to get back into our room. Our displeasure and complaint was met with a threat by him to call the police???!!! The manager then threw us out. A refund was made (he threw the cash at us), but tried to short change us.Terrible service from this hotel, don’t risk having a problem handled like ours, avoid this place!
