Overall I was quite disappointed with this hotel. The bed was very soft and uncomfortable. The A/C in the room didn't work properly, the toilet paper was like some sort of strange tracing paper and there was no mini bar/fridge. Saying that, the location was good, the staff were very friendly and the reception and lounge/dining areas were nice.With a little effort it could really be improved. The satisfaction of our guests is the main of our concerns and we regret to hear that the service provided did not totally complied with your expectations. Our bedding is usually very appreciated by our guests, that is why we are surprised to discover your remark. As for the temperature in your room, all you needed to do was switch off the heating using the control panel. In fact, we only switch on the air conditioning when the weather gets very hot (late spring to early summer). Our team was on hand to assist you and could have provided remote support. Furthermore, as a 3-star establishment, we do not provide a minibar in the rooms, but we are happy to store our guests’ belongings in the fridge at reception. We are delighted to hear that you appreciated the attentive service provided by our team and will do our utmost to ensure you have the most perfect experience during your next visit to Lyon. The front desk staff was super friendly, which made my entire stay so much nicer. The room was very clean, and the hotel is conveniently located in a highly walkable area. It's great value for money. A great, central location. The staff were very friendly and helpful.The hotel is clean, feels welcoming, the bed was very comfortable and I loved the ice cold fountain for filling water bottles!I will be returning to Lyon and will definitely stay here! Welcoming in a Great Location

A small hotel in a great location but big on ensuring guests have a great experience staying there. Staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. Exploring Lyon was easy with great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. My room was small but had everything I needed. Breakfast was plentiful with a great selection of cold & hot food and coffee/tea available throughout the day. Thank you.
