  The parking is OK. We could not try the breakfast as on WE it starts at 8h30 and we had to leave by 8h00. The room was just about clean and the smoke of cigarette was really making my wife uncomfortable.

  This hotel/apartment is a joke the air conditioner doesn’t work it blows out hot air and when going to the manager to complain he simply didn’t care to even help. Will not recommend all they looking for is to take there money. It seem like they where aware air conditioning not functioning that is why we got a negative response from manager. Worst place I ever stayed at in any trip.

  Ok I agree there were a few minor maintenance issues that could have made this into a five star review but generally, a really nice apartment! The welcome from Elodie was amazing, she explained everything so well and extended our stay, spoke perfect English and was kind, professional and helpful. The parking is a bit of a faff, you have to turn off into the street before and get a tag and a code from reception. This means you have to try and stop somewhere on street first - not the easiest. The hotel reception entrance is not on the main road, but on the paved side behind some trees so it's not easy to spot on Google earth. However, once you've got in Elodie explains everything in minute detail and it's actually all quite easy, safe and convenient. The lift goes from the car park to the apartments. If you want further info on access and parking when you arrive, , pm me. Hallways and decoration all fine, clean and tidy. Apartment as others have said spacious, well equipped, exceptionally clean and our bed was comfortable, especially liked the brightness of the rooms and the balcony. Kitchen equipment adequate and the auchan metro is adjacent so easy to get food. Bathroom could benefit from a bit of an upgrade but everything worked and the toiletries provided is a nice touch. Tea and coffee provided but you probably need to get more from auchan. There are a few things about all french apartments like this that we have noticed, that would really improve things: extra toilet rolls, larger bin bags, air con, ice cube tray, hairdryer, more sockets in the bedroom. I am not going to mark it down for that as it's the same wherever you go! Location wise, right outside the metro maybe not in the centre of tourism but it's quieter and easy to get to. There's a fantastic buffet restaurant opposite called seazen see my separate review - something for everyone here at fantastic price, don't miss it! I really wouldn't bother going anywhere else and oh did I mention the nice breakfast?

  Room not air conditioned only had fan which did nothing.Sofa bed good size.Plenty of space and shower was great.Breakfast was scarce and not very much choice.Metro right outside which is good to get to city.Overall an OK hotel.

  This place was booked by a friend of mine. The whole idea was to stay there in order to watch a soccer/football game at the Parc OL. We were 4 in a small flat and I have no major complains. The car park was nice, the breakfast was "ok" for this kind of place. Overall very good value for money but don't stay there if you are interested to visit the City, Gerland is rather boring.
