    This hotel is wonderful. It is the best location in Lyon. We did not need a car service until we were leaving for the train station.The rooms are fantastic even though we did not have a view. The rooms are large, bright, and modern. And, breakfast was wonderful. Everyone at this hotel was incredibly polite and helpful.     From the warm and professional welcome to the time of our departure we enjoyed a quiet and comfortable two night stay in a courtyard room. Everything in the room worked and nice sized casement windows plenty of ventilation. The only minor negative must be the dependence of all guests on just the one small lift which can be tiresome when demand includes hotel housekeeping.

    Very friendly staff. Gave us free early checkin. The room was fine. Wifi worked ok. Good location in a bustling walkable area.     Friendly Staff and Prime Location in Lyon

    The hotel is located in the center of Lyon, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. However, there are a few issues in the room that could be improved, such as very slow shower drainage and only one power outlet by the bedside. Overall, this is a typical European hotel—small room with some plumbing issues.
