  This is an appaling hôtel to be avoided at all costs. I booked online and paid 180 euros which i mistakingly thought was for two nights .. in fact this was what this 0 star modular hotel charged per night. The receptionist shrugged and said it was exhibition time as if ripping off visiting exhibition goers was quite normal. There were no towels in the room which is a very basic level since the normal price is around 50 euros … the breakfast was a shambles. There was only one extremely brave young man on duty attending to the reception and servicing the breakfast room which had run out of everything. The customer sitting next to us was buttering his bread with his car key due to absence of cutlery. We found a dirty knife in the kitchen and cleaned it ourselves. … then hunted for food in the kitchen and fridge … to be avoided at all’costs

  really price worthy hotel with partly "rough" customers

  Hotel good rooms good, staff nice. Due to current Covid policy room was only cleaned on demand. We did not know that and were a little bit surprised that the room was not made up. Some of the other visitors appeared (true or not) to be related to "red light" business: We met a girl in the elevator with nothing on except for a longer shirt and a pair of sneakers. That was more from the amusing side. Less entertainig was that other visitors were hitting the doors late at night so that one of my colleagues reported that he could not sleep that night. Some guy had obvilously passed out in the parkway and there was shattered glass. As mentioned above the hotel itself is really price worthy, and there is really nothing to complain but our wish would be that the hotel would do more to protect the interest of visitors who would like to take a rest at night.

  I have stayed a lots of time in this Hotel. I always have a plasure to stay here with a good price. Location and condition of the hotel is really good. I am sure that I will stay again during my next travel to Lyon.

  Pretty new hotel with good size room. Clean. good mattresses and bed sheets. Pillow could be better. Bathroom is well appointed. Plenty space to park either in the garage or outside in the secured parking..Very nice welcome by staff who are helpful with your request. Restaurant Courtepaille belongs to the same owner. Did not try it but it was full.Will definitely come back.

  The hotel was very much what we needed and very good pricing! Nice clean room, good breakfast. Everything we needed for a stop for our holiday to Spain. Employees were very friendly and we enjoyed the stay! Hôtel Première ...
