Location

This hotel is located at the heart of the commercial district, close to the popular shopping streets and Lyon - Part-Dieu train station. Facility

Guests have a choice of 245 rooms located in an 8-storey main building and a 7-storey auxiliary building. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a playroom.     We stay at Radisson Blu on many of our trips to Europe. This one pretty much met expectations and we always find this chain to be satisfactory. The location leaves easy access to the Metro and the tram system. The Les Halles food hall is also nearby. It is odd in that the hotel begins on the 32nd floor with rooms on the seven floors above but also affords nice views. The room was clean and bright but a little smaller than other Blus. There were plenty of outlets and plenty of hot water in a nice rain shower type shower. It was reasonably priced and the staff was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast had a nice variety although some of the foods could have been hotter but overall it was tasty. No matter where you are in the city it is easy to see and make your way back to it.

    The Housekeeping Service is extremely bad, breakfast variety and replenishment leaves much to be desired. Lots of Maintenance required in Rooms and Corridors. Mattress quality not satisfactory. Definitely not 4 star or good value for money.

    The staff is friendly, and the ambience is good. The room was a bit small, though not sure how the place will be in other locations. It was very near the mall, and a lot of facilities were nearby. Overall, I liked the stay and will go for it next time.

    Very poor experience. I confirmed connecting rooms before booking due to traveling with young children, but upon arrival this was not honored. During breakfast, we were wrongly asked to pay in front of other guests despite breakfast being included. Poor organization and unprofessional staff.
