    Good

We stopped here for one night and the room was comfortable enough for the four of us (2x adults & 2x children). The only down side was the lack of air conditioning in 30 degree heat was not pleasant. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. The hotel is in a business area so nowhere near to eat that’s really family friendly.

    Really nice but noisy

    rating03 Aug 2018

That flat was really nice.Lots of equipments, clean, lots of space for a family and situated close to a subway station.Besides, this is in a good and calm place un Lyon. However, when we were there, it was supeeeer hot, and there is no AC in the rooms. Thus, it was really noisy in the morning because of building work near our flat.. what unlucky we were !But, obviously this place diserve a good mark, because it's cheap and easy to obtain with a good location.Highly recommend without workers near you!

    STAY AWAY

    rating27 Oct 2017

After the check-out, I feft luggages at the reception saying that I would have been back at midday to take them back. When I came back, the door of the hotel was closed. The reception was closed. Neither out of the hotel or on the website there were some closure times. I tried to contact the hotel but NOONE REPLIED. I called the security and THEY HAD NO KEYS.I WAS LOCKED OUTSIDE FOR 2 HOURS AND OF COURSE I LOST MY TRAIN BACK TO MY CITY.When FINALLY the receptionist arrived, we asked for a reimbursment of the train ticket that we lost, but he didn't want to talk with us. He told that HE DOESN'T CARE. CRAZY. I PAID FOR A SERVICE AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. Just don't go there. Lyon is full of better hotels. Stay away.

    DON'T GO THERE

The service provided by the hotel is really not professional and ethical. Hotel & hospitality management is somthing which should be knownwith at most down to earth services that is ( guest should be treated like god) but here it's really pathetic even after giving promising service by the receptionist.

    Fair option in Lyon

    rating29 Jun 2017

+ve: Outside area with play ground full of local kids every day, and supermarket. Also the best pizza in Lyon for take away is just 5' walk. The metro station outside the property(lifts for buggy), but not direct line to centre. Big flat with two double beds in two rooms. One bed was a sofa-bed. Fully equiped kitchen with micro wave coffee machine etc. Third floor with some views over a construction site and far views of Lyon. Full length windows double glazed would block the street and construction noise if kept closed. Full lenghth courtins able to block the light out in the morning. Very good free internet. Very secure parking (two electric doors to get in + CCTV) I found reception guys very helpful and polite. The best selling point is obviously the budget price for a big flat right next to metro.-ve: Ethnic area undergoing some developent, a few construction sites around and the one next to this property starts works early in the morning and is LOUD! It was too hot to sleep with windows closed, therefore I was up when the builders would come to work! No aircondition (free standing fun). Tiny kitchen, for emergency or baby food. Better option to try the near by pizza take away. Parking costs 10€ a day. You need to clean the kitchen yourself.
