  My worst experience ever !!

  Mu worst experience ever !!The receptionist is the rudest ever !! 1-I arrived at 11, been informed that check in is 3:00, Came back at 3:30 found the girl in a phone call,I’ve been standing in front of her for minutes and she didn’t even look or hold on please completing her phone call.. So I decided to take my luggages which was behind her at least until she finishes her call ! Suddenly she screamed at me aggressively like if we’re not in a hotel!! “ you’re not allowed to enter here ..etc “ in a very impolite, inappropriate way, she could’ve asked me what I need when I came ,even when I’ve been waiting until she finishes her call ! Or at least to apologize and ask me to wait until she finish her call !! Or say what she wants in a polite way instead 2-When making my payment 91 euros she asked me to change the 100 euro with 2 “50” cause they don’t accept 100 !!!!!!!! I told her i don’t have & I’m very tired I need to sleep cuz I have a meeting at 7, she answered: “ I will accept this time as an exception for you but for your next stay please make sure not to have 100 cuz my manager does not accept “ it’s funny...is it my issue to get you 2 50 etc.. !? So why you didn’t mention this in a note before the booking !!? Lol ..she think I’ll be back again to this place !! She knows nothing about dealing with clients. Bad & inappropriate attitude 3-The hotel mentioned they have wireless but it only works in the bathroom !! Bad experience ... Not recommended Not recommended 👎

  Good value for money hotel

  We stayed here 3 nights. It's not close to the city center but just close enough to walk 10-15 minutes. It's a good neighbourhood. The metro was pretty much across the street too so that's also possible. We didn't spend much time n the hotel so it was good if it's just to sleep and shower. It's very small.It's clean and the service is friendly. The breakfast is super simple. Just go out and enjoy brunch somewhere else. We would stay again

  We booked for 3 nights.- The parking was full (they just told us it was indefinitely full, no way to park except on public parking, which costs 35€/day)- Shower was broken, no way to fix it- Heating was broken, no way to fix it (in november)- No refund of any kind and no one wants to do anything to make your stay at least bearable

  Falling apart and terrible service, they knowingly rent out rooms without heating.

  The whole place is falling apart, and service is terrible.As the most severe issue the heating in our room didn't work, and all the staff was able or willing to do was provide us with one scratchy old extra blanket. When the problem was not fixed the next night, we decided to go elsewhere and demanded a refund.We were denied the refund as 'with you checking out this late, we can't rent out the room to someone else'.So the hotel is totally okay with renting out rooms they know don't have a heating in November.Avoid at all cost.

  Very basic rooms. Staff were very unhelpful and weren’t flexible to help when my partner was sick and needed some assistance. The hotel was ok but the lack of help and flexibility from staff was poor and made a bad situation much worse.
