Location

The hotel in Lyon-Décines is located 20 minutes away from the historic centre of Lyon, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and 10 minutes away from Eurexpo. The tramway and the metro are situated a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The bus stop is just in front the hotel. Lyon’s Bron Airport is approximately 5 km away while St-Exupéry Airport is some 20 minutes from the hotel.

    The creepiest night I had in all my life in a hotel.Noisy and dirty.Uncomfortable bed.If you want to be like a zombie for a business day... Choose this hotel for a night !

    Cold room and hair in bathroom

    The room was cold, the radiator only heated up half of itself, the shower stall had quite a few pieces of short hair inside, the sink had old toothpaste/old soap on one side, the floors left my socks dirty and the bed would move very very easily forwards and sideways. There was a hole in the wall with exposed wires from the hotel telephone, letting cold air in right next to the bed. I had to re-hang the telephone myself. The 2 pillows were thin and the bed wasn't the most comfortable but not too bad. The bedding and towels at least we're clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful to point out directions. Otherwise, it was way overpriced for the lack of comfort. No 24hr reception, no breakfast included in the price I paid (which was already high), not many amenities in the room itself, etc.

    Coldplay Tax Hotel

    Stayed here because we were going to the Coldplay concert at the stadium (which was amazing), The lady on reception was lovely. The bed was awful, the shower fell off the wall and all for the sweet ‘Coldplay tax’ price of £179.00!! Don’t even include breakfast. If we’d have stayed the night after it was priced at £60! Which is more like it for the quality.

    The water to the room had been switched off when we arrived, the sheets were dirty (reception was closed when we discovered this) and then we were woken at 8:30 am the following day by drilling and hammering. The location was perfect as it was close to the stadium.

    It was perfect. The staff is really friendly and helpful and it’s near the stadium, we only had to take a bus to get there.
