    This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. There is no proper response from the staff. There is no hot water, and even after raising a complaint, they say they cannot do anything and take no responsibility. Very poor service and a highly disappointing experience.

    This Hotel is disgusting because it smells horrible and it shabby. Also, the receptionist is fully overstrained to check people in. If you are late, you will get the code for the entrance in a mail. But it took us really 40 Minutes and around 20 tries to get someone on the phone for the room Number and the code for the key. Sorry but no recommendation, even for one night.

    The late check in was done with 3 different codes (no reception personnel at night) but the codes were not sent to us. So we had to call and seek help.The smell in the corridors was bad, but it was only a promo to the room.The 'large' bed was smaller than a queen size, with cheep mattresses. The air conditioning was poor, and didn't provide relief from the heat, even late at night.We will never get near this hotel again.

    Stay away! Disgusting!!! smell of cigarettes in the rooms and hookers going in an out all night. It was a last minute stay because of a flight that was delayed so thank goodness it was only for a couple hours to try to rest. Far from airport and in a sketchy area. If I could do zero stars I would. Spend the extra 20-30€ and stay somewhere else.

    The staff was friendly and helpful. We were given room 416. The floor was dirty we had to clean it ourselves. Hot water kept going and coming back (we had to do bucket showers, because we felt cold). The kitchen was decent and had actual cooking items. The breakfast options were horrendous and at a ridiculous price but we did our shopping and fed ourselves. Wouldn’t recommend when there’s Kyriad and Golden tulip 50 feet away. However it’s very cheap. Not deserving of 2 stars though.
