  Ok location, sleeping and kitchen supplied. However no guarantee you get a park, it’s first come first served. They obviously make more money from renting parking spots to others than hotel guests. Even though we specifically said we needed parking and would have gladly prepaid it! Reception couldn’t be bothered +0- no information was given at check in. Metro wasn’t running due to strikes but was not told this vital information. Kitchen had basic utensils etc but no washing up pad or brushes and no detergent. That was an extra $4 euro. No that wasn’t happening! All in all it could be s9 much better with a bit of improvement.   no contest the dirtiest hotel i have seen, and i paid extra for cleaning the room without any results dirty as if they didnt do anything a shameful scam.   It's very, very, very bad. But you'll save some money

  - €150 deposit that takes days to be refunded- you get charged for EVERYTHING: use the dishes and don't wash? Charged. Leave trash in the room? Charged. Check-out a tad later? Charged. - no cleaning service: only if you stay more than a week, then it becomes one per weekOkay, it's just policies. How's the room itself right? That's all that mattersBroken/tilted bed lights;A/C air was dirty (you could see from the black stains in the ceiling close to the A/C ventspower outlet would disassemble from the wall;We had NO RUNNING WATER and their solution was to WAIT AN HOUR and use THE RECEPTION'S WC while we waited. I rejected and they gave us a new room under the condition that we didn't "use the previous room too much". Absolutely ridiculousThe breakfast buffet made me ill and it's not as they advertise - very little options to choose from.I'll be honest, unless you're on a very tight budget, stray away from this "hotel"The only good thing about it is that it's close to the metro.If you're going to book this hotel, be ready to have a hard time, but you'll save some money.   RIP OFF!!!!

  My partner and I stayed for a multiple nights. The made me put down a security deposit down for $500. They still have not paid me my deposit back. They keep saying they have sent it to me. I have no received the money. This was my first trip overseas and I feel so upset I have been ripped off.   Possibly the worst ‘hotel’ we’ve ever stayed in. We booked (and paid) for 2 nights, we left after 1. We’ll never use this chain again. Kettle (new) didn’t work, curtains (broken) didn’t close, 11 floors with 2 lifts - 1 was out of service, two people for 2 nights merited 1 whole towel, bathroom (no window) stank, couldn’t get out of the room on Sunday morning as housekeeping had blocked our doorway with service trolleys & stacks of linen (clean / dirty?) and bin liners, arrival 5 mins before official arrival time resulted in being sent to sit with a large number of other guests - as though it was the first time they’d experienced the arrival of guests in the building, you have to take your own bin liner out into the street after your stay or you’re fined, I really can’t think of a positive thing to say.
