  First visit to Marseille.

  After landing at Marseille airport,I took UBER taxi(32-33 euro),and got to Odalys CITY hotel,situated near the coast.The first impression was that the hotel was very clean and tidy.At th e reception desk,I met very freiendly personnel,which prepared all my documentation,related to my weekly stay in the hotel.The room was well arranged,having TV(the signal was weak,thus the TV programs were freezing from time to time),cooking corner(Microwave,coffee machine,hot plate....i.e all required for coocking in the room).Sanitary corner was clean and well organized.It seems,that there was aircondition,however I coudn't manage to start it.The restaurant is located behind the main entrance(opposite side of the building),having a good stylish menu.Friendly English speaking personnel as well.I reccomend the hotel to everyone,visitting this amazing place.   Worst hotel in Marseille. Rude staff, dirty bed and bed sheets, it was like a prison

  •Bad customer service, one of the receptionists called me crazy for asking who came to my room and opened the windows while I was out with my daughter! •Hidden fees of 150 euros to paid as a deposit, •The room wasn’t clean and they never clean•Very stingy as they give us half a toilet roll for a week!•The kitchen is tooo small and they supplied only one sachet of coffee and small amount of soap to wash dishes The hotel was going to ruin my experience in Marseille but I didn’t let that happened by staying out most of the time. I had to use my own data as the WiFi never worked.   Good location near Périer metro. The apartment is well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is quite complete with fridge, mini dishwasher, two hot plates, kettle and dishes.The bathroom is vast with a bathtub and two drawers for your beauty supplies. It has all the amenities as blow dryer, magnifying mirror, towel heater etc. The staff is very professional and helpful. I recommend and I would go back.

  I have to thank Haya at the reception, she was very helpful, warm. She made my stay very pleasant. You need to check every item in the room, as lots needed some maintenance but I have to stay the acted super quickly and all was fixed. I would stay again if I go

  it was a nice apartment witz a great cathrin and bed we could also store our luggage easily and the staff was very nice
