Low-Key Charm in Bustling Marseille

We loved this low-key, charming hotel. Affordable, clean, welcoming, and located walking distance from the St Charles train station and from the old port. We will definitely stay again on a future visit to Marseille!

The location allowed walking to and from the train station with my rolly bag. I did not know that there was no elevator, but the staff took my bag up and down, which I also appreciated. The room was small yet functional. I did not partake in the breakfast, but 2 options were provided. Good, but no elevator.

Overall very good, but beware if you have a lot of luggage, there is no elevator and there is only one room on the ground floor. Also, the first room we got was only a tiny area and then a flight of stairs up to a loft bed. We asked to switch rooms, but then it was on the second floor so still lots of stairs.
