    Very Budget but Good Location

    We checked into the hotel late afternoon following a train journey from Toulouse. Very small street frontage and wouldn’t be difficult to miss. Small lobby area combined with breakfast area. Check in was ok but very impersonal. Not too welcoming. Then into the very very small lift. In fact small described every aspect of this hotel. Our room was basically a box room and the walls ceiling and corridors were very close. I gave mild claustrophobia and the lift in particular (2 person max and felt like a horizontal coffin) was a stress. If you are really claustrophobic, dont stay here. Having said all that, the supplied breakfast each day though small and limited was nice enough. Fairly clean overall. Not suited for a multi-day stay in my opinion. More suited as an overnighter but don’t expect too much. Location to old port is excellent- 5 to 20 min walk.

    The location is perfect, the rooms are clean, bed&pillow are comfy, the view is amazing and of course the staff are so humble and kind, especially Alicia who was so welcoming & helpful.. highly recommended!!!!

    Paid €400 a night, €250 too much, hotel is in bad need of a refurbishment, very dated and rooms and lift are tiny. A\C is poor too. Curtains had holes in themNo breakfast for €400 a night had to believe. good location

    Room on the front - good view of the post office building site (not noisy). Room not able to cope with August, clammy and hot. Shower drain blocked and looks as if its overflowed a lot. Window opens but very noisy, air-con and fresh air very poor. Needed a good clean, carpets, air filters. Staff at reception welcoming. Front of building faded and the photos look a few years old. Basically very difficult to sleep in. Mattress deeply yellow stained, but had a clean thick top cover. Breakfast was OK.

    Budget hotel, extremely basic, not suitable for business travel. There are other hotels nearby, much nicer.The room is tiny, not clean, the hotel smells of drains and everything is as basic as it’s gets.In 20 years of travelling, this is the second worth hotel I have been to.
