  Since a long time I have been a customer of this hotel chain, I was satisfied with it but there I have to say that this establishment there is surpassed to the level dishonesty, I made a reservation for a weekend that I had to cancel in the time that was a party to have the free cancellation, they still cashed the sum of the room, and after calling booking and the establishment, impossible to get refunded, to remain polite I would say they are crevards, to believe that they are close to 100 €, while the person on the phone confirmed to me that the hotel was often sold out, they did not even deign to postpone the date, when I see the comments on bed bugs and others I doubt briefly between the Bedbugs, the Gross Welcoming, and the Thief side, they are not ready to see me again, at that price I advise you to look on Booking or trivago other establishments, much better rated and more welcoming, to flee absolutely...   Nice hotel but some points are to be reviewed

  Hello we stayed at the Hotel B and B La Valentine during the night of 20 to 21 April 2025, the Hotel is nice with parking allowing to park our car outside, however the staff of the Hotel had omitted to inform us that in case of late arrival there was a bollard outside allowing us to take reception of our room in case of late arrival and we struggled to find the digicode allowing to open the gate allowing access to the parking. In our room everything was suitable omitted the soap directly on the sink and not on its base which was non-existent. Breakfast was suitable with various products on offer: apple juice, orange, madeleine, pastries, bread, brioche and many other things. The staff despite not seeing much is courteous and attentive.   Poor quality, dirty, unstaffed hotel.

  Stayed in this hotel in September 2023. Room 18 to be precise. If this hotel was run by a large multinational chain it would be good but simply it’s horrible. Our room smelled sickeningly of Cigarette smoke and had hairs on the shower curtain. On arrival on Saturday at 3pm the room wasn’t ready and we had to ask the maid for it to be cleaned so we could check in and go out. There’s a couple of vending machines that sell crisps etc that take your money and do nothing else. Now, the main gripe about this place is there’s no staff anywhere. Reception is permanently closed. You have to check in by the terminal at the entrance, but beware…IT DOES NOT ACCEPT CONTACTLESS. If you have no physical credit card you’re in trouble. Whilst we were checking in another group we’re trying to check in too. It was simply chaotic. The actual hotel is relatively modern but just not managed well. We couldn’t wait to leave this place. If you are English and visit here and don’t speak French you may be in trouble because the maid speaks no English. The owners of this hotel have got it wrong by employing nobody. We will never be returning. One thing to note… Google maps shows loads of places in the vicinity that sell food etc but Bizzarely it is impossible to get a food delivery.

  Horrible condition of the room: beds not made, dirty bathroom, used towels, strong smoking smell all throughout the room and property. Had to wait almost an hour for them to semi-clean the room at 2:00 in the morning! Condescending management staff! Stay away!!!

  Good value basic accomodation easy reach of old Marseille

  This budget hotel makes a good stopover and very accessable to old Marseille, ample parking and close to several restaurants, although with the help of the receptoinist ordered a pizza which was delivered to my room for 10 euro and I have to say one of the best pizzas if not the best pizza I have ever had, order from Dolce Pizza, the hotel has the menu. Don't bother with KFC, thought it would make a good lunch however bad service and pretty awful food.
