    Great location, the spa was a nice add to our trip. Rooms were clean and the reception was always very kind and helpful. Next to the police station but not noisy.

    Small, but cozy room with a nice view of Château de Cassis

    (+) Great location in one of the side streets of the city centre of Cassis. It was easy to get there by public transport from Marseille. With your stay, one hour of Spa is included per day. We really enjoyed it. View from balcony was nice :)(-) The room was very small (although we picked a higher category already). There was no real wardrobe and no hooks to hang jackets or other clothing items.

    Don't waste your money. No hot water

    No hot water. At all. Initially told 20 minutes. Then told 2 hours. Paid a fortune for cold showers. Not acceptable. No offer of tariff reduction. I would not stay here EVER again. Website claims staff speak English. Their English dramatically disappears when there's a problem.

    Great location, 2 minute walk to all amenities, beach, local market. Quick check in, friendly staff. Rooms so small despite it being “superior”, dangerously small bathroom and shower, broken fixtures, temperamental air con, door to balcony unable to lock. Excellent breakfasts. For short stay only with one small piece of luggage!
