  never stay in a hotel where there is mold in the bathroom!

  We booked this hotel for four nights but after very back welcoming event in the lobby. we got keys of a room which was in the first glance very messy and it smells pet. then we realized that there are some mold in the bathroom. asked for changing the room but they said there is no room available any more! I booked that place seven month in advanced!!!! but the renovated rooms was gone as they said. the room the gave me was completely different than the one in the pictures!!! we left the hotel and did not stay there. one night we had no idea where to go and they did not care at all! the day after booking.com helped us to cancel the room without fee. however now after three days still I am waiting to have my money back!

  Both of us stayed 5 nights and it was excellent. Check in was efficient, we were lucky to check in at 11am as we had to rush to return our rental car before noon and we could drop off our luggage. There is parking in front of the hotel so it is very convenient. Getting a taxi to drop us off at the airport 76 Euros was also easy and the taxi picked us up in front of the hotel. The staff were very helpful all the time from getting us the taxi to recommending what is nearby. They give us a lot of privacy during our stay.Location is great at a safe quiet neighborhood, with many shops nearby. We could walk to the conference center, the metro station, port and city Centre. Opposite there is Monoprix, a large supermarket for fruits, vegetables and all ingredients for cooking. There is also Bricorama, a hardware shop beside the monoprix. Picard with nice French frozen gourmet meals at affordable prices is also next street away open from 9 am to 7pm. There are many fruit vendors nearby with great selection. We ate very well with these options. There are many restaurants walking distance away. There is a laundry and dryer which you need to slot in coins 9 euros. There is a nice free coffee machine with different options available whole day at the lobby. The apartment is fully equipped with microwave oven, fridge, stove and all utensils, frying pan, detergent, plates, cups, kettle and cutlery. So easy to heat up the gourmet meals from Picard and cut fruits from Monoprix. I ate my meals at the lovely balcony. There is a nice study table to work, a large sofa and 4 chairs. The bedroom, bathroom, toilet are separate from the living/kitchenette in this lovely apartment. The bed is very comfortable. There is enough storage for hanging clothes. There is an iron and ironing board. There is a locked safe big enough to store your valuables. It is not nailed to the wall. There is a spacious shower with nice hot water and a bathtub. Nice shower gel, conditioner and moisturizing cream are provided. Towels are soft. They don’t provide free housekeeping unless you stay for more than 10 days. We just take our rubbish to throw it downstairs after our meals to keep the kitchenette clean. Their free WiFi provides fast internet access. The tv channels are all in French. There are 2 lifts from the lobby. One goes to 4th floor only, the other from level 5 to 8. The staff don’t come into your unit to clean during your stay. Don’t leave the valuables around.   Great Stay at the Citadines

  It is a very well kept hotel with clean rooms and helpful staff. It's in an excellent location, just a couple blocks away from the Metro and a short ride to the Vieux Port.   I like the time traveling thats why I like comfot at any hotel, and this one was very good. I very high recommend it to stay. Good price for quite and perfect place.
